Role- Based Security in Power BI Service

 RLS generally only works with people/groups that are Viewers. With Many-to-Many implementation of RLS, you need to select Cross filter direction Both and click the checkbox Apply security filter in bot directions.

Power BI Service - Premium Per User (PPU)

To see the size of datasets: Click Settings (gear icon) Click Manage Group Settings You will see the list of datasets and it includes a Size column
